Cascades Estate

A moment of conviviality and indulgence

The table d'hôtes

The table d'hôtes is exclusively reserved for travelers staying in our guest rooms. You'll enjoy the winemaker and French cuisine, where local products are enhanced. You might even have the opportunity to taste our specialty: truffle egg float or saffron syrup panna cotta.

To prepare this beautiful table d'hôtes, what better than vegetables and fruits from the garden, grown using permaculture methods. This allows us to bring organic food to your plate.

Reservations required at least 72 hours in advance. Time: 7:30 p.m. €30: starter, main course, and dessert, with a wine pairing.

From late January to mid-March, on Monday evenings, we organize Truffle Meals, open to all. For €40 per person, enjoy a truffle-based meal with a starter, two main courses, cheese, dessert, and a wine pairing. Contact us!

Above all, a family story

The cave

It all began in 2010, when Sylvie and Laurent Bachevillier founded Domaine les Cascades. Laurent was born amidst the vineyards, and Sylvie followed suit. As a family, they continue to write the history of this wine estate with accommodation near Narbonne.

Today, in the heart of the Aude region, on the Route des Vins 66, we offer six hectares of organically farmed vineyards. Our Languedoc wines are AOP Corbières or Vin de France. We also offer craft beers for sale (tradition range and raisin range) made from hops grown on-site.

All year round, every day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., we offer tours and tastings of the cellar, upon reservation.

Truffle, Saffron and Olive

The nuggets of Domaine les Cascades

On our wine estate with accommodation near Narbonne, we cultivate, using organic farming, some exceptional dishes, which we offer for sale, or which you may have the chance to enjoy at our table d'hôtes or during a Truffle Meal.

On our land, we grow saffron. Each year, we harvest between 30 and 40g of saffron. We have 250 olive trees which allow us to create our own olive oil. You'll also find more than 400 mycorrhizal trees with black truffles.

From late January to mid-March, we organize Truffle Weekends. Over two days, you can visit the truffle museum or market, tour the estate, learn about truffle hunting, and enjoy black truffle meals. Contact us to learn more about Truffle Weekends.
